However this central, hip location, right in the Five Points South Dining and Entertainment District, near UAB comes with a higher price tag. Although there are endless culinary hotspots near the hotel, travelers have the option to eat in as well, preparing their meals in their fully stocked kitchens, which include a stovetop, full sized refrigerator and a dishwasher- which is a nice touch. The room rate at this budget friendly hotel offers extra value with a grab and go breakfast offered daily. This hotel also has an outdoor swimming pool- a nice little extra. Roadside travelers will like this hotel’s close proximity to I-65, which means quick and easy access to the highway. It’s located in the quiet suburb of Homewood, and is close to a number of restaurants and shops.
