Skiing Scotland’s Nevis Range

Britain isn’t particularly well-known for its skiing opportunities. In fact, the majority of the slopes that are navigable by ski or snowboard are indoors or outdoor dry slopes. However, there are a number of pistes in Scotland that open up during the winter months. Perhaps unsurprisingly, we must look to the slopes gracing Britain’s highest mountain, Ben Nevis, for one of the best. The Nevis Range Mountain Experience has what is purportedly the only gondola in Britain, and some of the best skiing, with a range of slopes catering to different abilities. Check out this great video from The Ski Club, which explores some of the resort’s more challenging routes down. To learn about other skiing options in Britain, check out this handy guide.
