In the Utah capital of Salt Lake City, there are plenty of short-term rentals available, many of which come fully furnished so you can move straight in with just your bags to unpack. The options range from shared rooms for backpackers on a budget to complete homes and apartments that can accommodate large families. If you’re seeking a furnished short-let in Salt Lake City, we’ve picked out three of the best online resources for finding one.

Booking

Booking.com are our preferred choice for finding a furnished short stay apartment in Salt Lake City for anything from just a few days up to a few weeks. The travel search engine is one of the largest aggregator websites for lodgings across the globe, and although it is primarily used for hotel bookings, it also offers a sizeable selection of apartments and studios. When we searched for short stay options in Salt Lake City, around 85 properties were available, starting at approximately $100 per night for a one-bedroom home in the city’s southeastern suburbs. Booking.com also offer a Best Price Guarantee as well as a reviews section where previous guests leave comments on their stay.

Landing

Landing cater to those seeking apartment rentals for anything from a month up to a year. They offer fully furnished rental properties in cities across the US, containing everything from bed comforters to hand-picked wall art. Leases are flexible with no long-term commitment needed, and one of their main USPs is that if you want to relocate after a while, you can move into another Landing apartment with ease and with no extra charges incurred, with just 2 weeks notice. You can also do everything from finding your next home and contacting the member experience team to scheduling maintenance and house cleanings, all from a dedicated Landing app. In Salt Lake City, Landing currently have 46 properties available, with monthly rentals starting at around $2,414 for a studio. It’s notable that Blueground have a better selection of studios than Landing. Furthermore, another difference is that you have to pay a $199 annual membership fee with Landing to make bookings.

A well established marketplace for monthly rentals, the Kopa platform allows prospective renters to easily browse furnished properties, find housemates with similar interests and lifestyles, choose beds, and split deposit and rent payments. In Salt Lake City, they offer a total of 34 rental options, ranging from shared or private rooms to entire apartments and homes located across the city in neighbourhoods including Liberty Wells, Capitol Hill, and Central City. When we searched for self-contained apartments and homes, we found 20 available, with prices starting at $1500 per month for a two-bedroom apartment a short drive from downtown. Rates with Kopa usually include all utilities and the host will often cover service fees, too.
