A Road Trip in Germany’s Black Forest

by Paul Stafford  |  Published January 18, 2018

This week’s visual offering is a neat little video take during a family trip through the Black Forest, a region of south-western Germany bordering with France. The rolling pastures and pine forest present bleak contrasts of dark and light green, interspersed with chocolate box villages of half-timbered houses. The video is a dreamy montage of picturesque visuals of a pristine landscape. This enticing slice of Germany is often overlooked but could easily fit into an itinerary from Cologne or Munich.
