It is a small display compared with the thirty-acre facility around it, but it ties the modern course directly to the track that inspired it. The concrete came from the real Parma circuit rather than being recreated simply for decoration.
That makes Victory Lane worth a closer look after the helmet comes off. You can finish a rental session on a modern version of the Parma layout and then see part of the original course nearby.
The historic pieces also fit naturally with a facility that hosts serious competition. Kart owners practice there, club championships use the circuit, and national touring series appear on the calendar.
The old curbing gives all of that racing activity a visible link to an earlier era of the sport.
