Situated across the Charles River from Boston, the Massachusetts city attracts large numbers of visitors thanks to the presence of Harvard University – not only an eminent seat of learning but also a major tourist attraction. You can also book on-demand day passes for $59 per day, with no membership required. Regus have three Cambridge venues, all featuring dedicated business lounges that help them attract clients requiring somewhere to host on-site meetings. They also offer a choice of open-plan spaces or shared offices, as well as break-out areas and networking events to foster collaboration and growth. Rates vary by location, but start at $164 per month for a hotdesking package or $32 per day for on-demand day working. All memberships include access to facilities including printers, scanners and photocopiers, plus invites to networking and community events. Contracts are available on a monthly rolling basis, or you can ease your monthly payments by locking into a long-term contract of up to 24 months.

Located between North Highland and Cambridge Highlands in the city’s northwestern suburbs, a short train ride from downtown, Staples Studio features a variety of office, dedicated desk or open space solutions for remote workers. Coworking prices start at $99 per month for 5 days a month access and increase to $299 for full-time open seating. There are also day passes available for $29 per day. All members gain access to a range of facilities including meeting rooms, printing equipment, phone rooms, a wellness room and free on-site parking.
