But for the city’s freelancers, self-starters and entrepreneurs, it is Jacksonville’s coworking spaces that are their lifeblood. If you’re spending any time here and would like to find a flexible coworking space to suit your working patterns, we’ve looked into them all and picked out 10 of the best.

LionShare 

Located at Harbour Village along Atlantic Boulevard, which connects Jacksonville’s city centre to the area’s beaches, LionShafre combines a prime setting with some great coworking amenities. They provide access to their comfortable workstations, spacious offices and meeting rooms on a day basis, with day passes available individually ($25) or as bundles of 6 ($99) or 20 ($320). The venue’s huge atrium pumps in natural light and a filtered Keurig coffee pot stands at the ready with free bottomless coffee. There’s also plenty of room in the fridge for your lunch.

The Outpost Offices

A simple and sophisticated cowork office environment, The Outpost Offices have two locations in and around Jacksonville Beach, a short drive east of central Jacksonville. Whether you’re looking for a quiet place to get your work done or the perfect setting to meet with people, the space is designed to be both your home away from home and your business headquarters. There are offices for one or two people up to a whole team, with prices starting at $600 per month, as well as hot desking for $350 per month. Amenities include communal areas, high-speed WiFi, conference rooms, a kitchen, break areas, and parking. Regus have a large presence in Jacksonville, with eight venues dotted across the city. Their contemporary workspaces have hot desks, permanent desks, and private offices. Membership includes access to amenities and facilities such as printers, scanners and photocopiers, plus invites to networking and community events. Contracts are available on a monthly rolling basis, or you can ease your monthly payments by locking into a long-term contract.
