For anyone needing a living solution of anything from six months through to a year or more, long-term rentals are in ready supply in most cities around the world. These kind of apartments often come furnished, making them ideal for people relocating from overseas,  and with amenities such as kitchens and living spaces. We’ve done some research and selected some of the best companies offering long-term apartment rentals in Madrid.

Blueground

Founded in 2013, Blueground provide furnished apartments with flexible leases for periods of up to 11 months. Their turnkey properties span everything from studios to multi-bedroom luxury apartment rentals, and they are particularly well-known for their more high-end options. Stays of more than a month can lead to large savings, as the longer your booking, the cheaper the nightly rate comes out at. During our search for Madrid properties, we found rates starting from €1,280 per month for a one-bed apartment in the Argüelles neighbourhood near to the city centre. Overall the company lists over 150 available apartments in and around Madrid, with most dotted around the central district. Booking is easy and intuitive, and there’s a 24-hour support service accessed via a guest app.
