Hiring a temporary office space allows you to work productively in a professional environment with all amenities you need, but without the commitment of a long-term contract. In Boston, there are a wide number of short-let offices that cater to both individuals and teams of workers – all with flexible terms attached. We’ve selected three of the best short-term office operators in Boston below.

Regus

A renowned name in the office space sector, Regus have a large presence in Miami with 15 venues dotted across the city, each offering a choice of fully customisable private offices for rent, as well as coworking areas. All of their office space packages include access to facilities such as printers, scanners and photocopiers, plus invites to networking and social events. Prices vary by location, starting at £315 per month for an office located in the Courvoisier Centre II building on the island of Brickell Key, with expansive views of Miami’s business district across the bay, and featuring break out areas, a business lounge,  a restaurant and café,  and a gymnasium. For more ad hoc use, there are also offices available to rent by the hour or day, with day rates starting at $109

The Lab

Located in the heart of Miami’s dynamic Wynwood Arts District, the LAB is set within a converted warehouse and has gained a strong reputation for housing some of the city’s most innovative entrepreneurial minds. They offer 24/7 access to their fully furnished private offices for rates starting at $1,600 per month. On-site services and amenities include private meeting rooms, use of a dedicated mailbox and business address, a well-equipped kitchen and access to printers. Members also gain invites to a busy programme of exclusive events. Dogs are welcome – to the office, but not the events.

Coworking spaces

If you’re happy to be in a shared office space, then Miami is also home to several coworking spaces spanning the entire city, from Miami Beach and Downtown Miami to Miami Brickell and Miami Gardens, each offering hot-desking or fixed desks. Most of them offer membership packages, but many will also provide day passes, or even hourly passes, for those who only need to use the space on an irregular ad hoc basis. However, if you’re in town for a longer period, then monthly rolling memberships  that keep things flexible by not requiring you to lock in to a long-term contract are usually available. Membership packages tend to include full use of the venue’s services and amenities, as well as invites to social and networking events.
